The Poster Presentation offers you the opportunity to display, before a professional audience, successful initiatives and projects concerning energy efficiency and renewable energy sources implemented by your company or organisation.

The Poster Presentation offers also the opportunity to present results of EU-projects before an international audience.

The project can be presented via a poster, a video or a software. For the posters, English and German can be used.

If you would like to participate in this Poster Presentation, please download the registration form. Please return the registration form by e-mail (officeesv.orat) before 1 February 2012. We will confirm your registration in due course and send you more details (times of setting up etc.). If your project does not fit into the general concept of the Poster Presentation, we will also let you know.

Exhibiting in the Poster Presentation is free for members of the O.O. Energiesparverband, the Oekoenergie-Cluster, EUFORES, FEDARENE and for public institutions. For other companies or organisations, the fee is 150 Euro (plus 10 % VAT) for one exhibition panel (90 cm x 200 cm, upright format) and 50 Euro (plus 10 % VAT) for a table - in addition to the conference fees.

The participation of at least one person for at least 2 conference days representing the exhibiting organisation/company will be necessary.

Please make sure that you register all persons taking care of the poster as participants of the event.

Due to limited availability of space in the conference venue, only 1 panel per organisation can be exhibited - thank you for your understanding!

A short summary of your project can be included in the conference proceedings (one A4 page).

A competent person needs to be present at the poster session during the conference breaks. Please be aware that the poster presentation is only open at these times - not during the conference!

Inability to attend
In case you are unable to come, we would ask you to inform us immediately.

Liability
The O.Ö. Energiesparverband does not take any responsibility for possible damages to exhibits.

Hardware
We would like to remind you to bring along any kind of hardware (Video records, PCs etc.) you need. We also recommend  to take with you your own extension flex.
