A special issue of the international scientific journal "Biomass & Bioenergy"
(Elsevier) with selected scientific papers presented at the WSED next! conference will be published!

"Biomass & Bioenergy" is an international journal publishing original research papers and short communications,  review articles and case studies on biological resources, chemical and biological processes, and biomass products for new renewable sources of energy, food and materials. Dr. Walter Haslinger, BIOENERGY 2020+, will be the editor of the special issue. The journal is expected to be published in the second half of 2012.

Please note that there will be the following selection process for the journal (separate from the selection process for the conference):

1. During the reviewing process for the conference programme, authors of interesting and high quality submissions will be selected and will be invited to submit manuscripts to "Biomass & Bioenergy" (November - February 2012)
2. Peer review of the submitted manuscipts and decision on publishable manuscripts by "Biomass & Bioenergy" (March - April 2012)
3. Editorial and type setting process before publication
4. Publication (second half of 2012)
